We put in the pressure cooker a little oil, chop the onion and garlic very finely, and fry for a few minutes.
Add the meat, season and stir until golden brown. Then add the canned tomatoes, bay leaf, move the pan over the chicken for 15 (counted from the time when the steam starts to come out of the valve).
Open the pot and now we add a tablespoon of sugar and stir (that is to remove the acidity of tomatoes). Heat briefly and serve.
The chips can be accompanied by white rice or cooked.
