Names Of Car Parts Inside The Car

ICC'S DINING MENU OF 3 TO 5 FEBRUARY 2011 (3rd Anniversary!)

Chef Hector Romero, my wife Sylvia Sacchettoni, Liselotte Chef Salinas and I opened three years ago a gastronomic place we call "The Eater", on the grounds of our cooking school. Liselotte subsequently took another course and then joined the team of Chef Maria Elisa Römer, our Academic Director of Culinary Institute of Caracas.

The dining space was being dreamed up by Hector and for me, because it summed up the values \u200b\u200band beliefs of our cooking philosophy. Every Thursday, Friday and Saturday presented a menu for an extended family that we refuse to consider "guests." Every weekend we shape, paint, enjoy.

I currently reside in the Isla Margarita running my dining room (Tusrístico Culinary Institute and the Caribbean) and "The Dining Room of the ICC" is becoming "The Eater of Hector," a Sumito that occasionally appears and takes by assault your kitchen.

three years ago started this wonderful project, and we did it with a menu that fortunately we had saved. This weekend the ICC Dining menu is that first menu, but in "version 2.0" and jokingly said Hector.

This weekend we hope to celebrate together!
